Refund policy

1. Digital Products Policy (No Refunds / All Sales Final)

Due to the immediate digital access and downloadable nature of our products (including supplier directories, PDF guides, and downloadable resources), all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

Once a purchase is completed and the download link or file access has been generated, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Reason for Policy

Digital directories contain proprietary, trade-secret information that cannot be "returned" once accessed, downloaded, or viewed. By completing your purchase at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit the right to request a refund or open a payment dispute regarding downloadable digital content.

3. Delivery & Access Issues

If you experience any technical difficulties receiving or downloading your file after purchase:

• Check your spam/promotions folder for the order confirmation email.

• Ensure the email address entered at checkout was accurate.

If you still cannot access your purchase, contact our support team with your Order Number and Email Address. We will re-send your direct download link or PDF file within 24–48 hours.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes opened through your credit card provider or PayPal will result in immediate termination of account access, permanent blacklisting from future purchases, and submission of purchase logs (including IP addresses and download timestamps) to relevant fraud prevention networks.
