All products sold by Scalify Now are intangible, non-physical digital downloads. Upon completing your purchase, access to the digital file(s) will be generated and delivered immediately via checkout download link and email.

3. Strict No-Refund & No-Return Policy

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of proprietary digital content, all sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances once a order is placed.

  • By completing checkout, you explicitly waive any right to cancellation, withdrawal, or refund.

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee supplier responsiveness, stock availability, pricing accuracy, product quality, or legal compliance of listed third parties.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for performing your own due diligence, ordering samples, and managing your communications with suppliers.

  • Limitation of Liability: Scalify Now, its owners, and affiliates accept zero liability or financial responsibility for any scammed funds, defective goods, lost inventory, shipping delays, customs seizures, or broken business agreements arising from your interactions with suppliers listed in our guides. All third-party transactions are undertaken strictly at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property & Single-User License

When you purchase a digital guide from Scalify Now, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • You may not copy, edit, resell, redistribute, sub-license, or upload our PDFs, directory lists, or content to public forums, Telegram groups, shared drives, or social media.

  • Any unauthorized sharing or reselling will result in immediate termination of access, permanent site bans, and legal enforcement for copyright infringement.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank/PayPal for accessed digital products constitutes breach of contract. In the event of a chargeback:

  • Your account and IP address will be permanently blacklisted across our network.

  • Access logs, IP addresses, timestamped download records, and signed checkout terms will be submitted to financial institutions and fraud networks.
